2003 Season:
  • A three-time NAIA All-American, including first-team status in 2002 and ’03.
  • An NAIA Player of the Year candidate.
  • The Oregon Collegiate Athlete of the Year award winner.
  • A 2003 AFCA All-American -- only the third in school history.
  • A 2003 third-team Associated Press Little All-American -- the school’s first such honoree since 1947 and second overall.
  • The school’s first ever two-time NAIA Player of the Week selection with 257 yards and four touchdowns against Humboldt State and a career-best 303 yards against Eastern Oregon.
  • Compiled a total of 259 carries for a career-best 1,702 yards and 22 touchdowns to help SOU compile a fifth consecutive winning season (5-4 overall after a 1-4 start).
  • Finished second in the NAIA for both rushing (189.1 per game) and scoring (14.7).
  • Became the NAIA all-time rushing touchdown leader (75 total, including 22 as a senior).
  • Led Northwest small-college players in rushing yardage four straight years.
  • Recorded the second-longest touchdown rush in Northwest small-college history (96 vs. Humboldt State).
  • Was the first SOU player ever to receive an invitation to play in the NCAA Div. I-dominated Blue Gray All-Star Classic.
2002 Season:
  • Led SOU to an 8-3 record and a second consecutive trip to the NAIA Championship Series quarterfinals.
  • Continued his ascent up SOU’s rushing and scoring career leader lists by rushing for a single-season school record 291 times for 1,560 yards in 10 season outings.
  • Led the NAIA for rushing (156.0 per game, 5.4 per touch) and finished fifth for scoring (10.2).
  • Scored 16 rushing touchdowns and 17 total, SOU's fourth-best season output.
  • Finished the season only 848 rushing yards away from surpassing the school and Northwest small-college record established by his three-time All-American predecessor, Griff Yates (1996-99).
  • Recorded 139 or more rushing yards in nine of 10 season games.
  • Nine of his 29 career 100-yard games came in 2002, including a career-best 231 yards in a 31-10 triumph at NCAA I-AA University of San Diego.
  • Had game-highs of 184 yards and four touchdowns in SOU's 42-35 double-overtime loss at Linfield.
  • Opened the 2002 season with an 88-yard kickoff return for a touchdown against Humboldt State.
  • A two-time finalist for the Ad Rutschman Award, which is annually given to Oregon’s top small-college athlete.
2001 Season:
  • Assembled his second consecutive 1,000-yard rushing season, gaining 1,059 on 208 carries, a 96.3 game average.
  • Established school and regional records and led the country in scoring with 22 rushing TDs and 25 overall, a 13.6 game average.
  • Received honorable mention NAIA All-American status and achieved first-team Little All-Northwest and third-team Football Gazette accolades.
  • Tied a school game record with five touchdowns in a 64-21 romp at Azusa Pacific.
  • Compiled seven 100-yard rushing outings, including a season-high 178 on 15 carries in the season-opener against Montana State-Northern.
  • Finished the season second on SOU’s all-time lists for TDs (40), scoring (240) and fifth for rushing yards (2,152).
2000 Season:
  • Assembled the most illustrious season ever for a Raider freshman running back.
  • A second-team All-Little Northwest all-star who was only the sixth SOU player ever to rush for over 1,000 yards in a season (1,093).
  • Compiled what was the school’s fourth-highest season effort for rushing touchdowns (15) and was fifth for rushing yardage and total carries (225).
  • Broke the school record and Northwest small-college for longest run from scrimmage, a 97-yard romp at Simon Fraser. Wound up torching the Clan defense for 230 yards on 25 carries and four scores, the school’s second-highest game point total ever at that time and the seventh-best game rushing effort. Earned NAIA Independent Player of the Week status for the performance.
  • His 85-yard TD run the following week at MSU-Northern was the 15th-longest scoring scamper in Northwest small-college lore.
  • Had five 100-yard performances, including a 38-carry, 195-yard effort at Humboldt State.
  • Caught 13 passes for 71 yards.
High School:
  • The 1998 Class 2A Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year.
  • Rushed for state records of 2,593 yards and 40 TDs and rarely played more than a half due to the prep 35-point mercy rule.
  • Rushed for 403 yards and six touchdowns in a single half.
  • A two-year all-state selection and a three-year Northwest League all-star. Played in the 1999 East-West Shrine All-Star Game.
  • Went 37-0 with 26 pins en route to the 1999 189-pound state wrestling championship.
  • Elected 1998-99 senior class president.
